Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (T & C) section and rules regarding the use of our website ("the site", "website", "this site"). This site is operated by REMINDART ("we", "us"). REMINDART offers the services / products of this website, including all information, and all services available through this site to you, the customer, (“the user”, “you”), subject to your acceptance of all stated conditions, rules, guidelines and explanations. To familiarize yourself with them, please read carefully the individual sections in this section.

Any new features or tools that are added to the REMINDART online store will be subject to disclosure in the T & C. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these T & C by posting the updates and / or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for any such changes.

Our agreement and conclusion of contract

When you place an order for a product advertised for sale on this website, your order constitutes an offer to purchase that product and is accepted as such by us. The order is complete when you receive an email confirmation that we have received your order and it has been successfully accepted. Once the order has been confirmed, the product(s) will be shipped to the address specified in your customer profile or to the delivery address provided. For information about your customer profile, please see below. Please note that products part of the order for which we have not sent confirmation in the email are not part of this contract. All products are subject to availability and we shall not be liable to you or third parties if product availability is not reflected correctly due to unforeseen circumstances (high demand or due to technical problems related to the operation of the website or otherwise) which we are unable to we manage.

In order to issue an invoice, the customer is obliged to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

The prices indicated on the website are in Euro or BGN. In the case of a cash on delivery order in euros for Bulgaria, the amount due for the cash on delivery order will be converted into leva at the rate of BGN 1.9558 per 1 euro.

Your customer account

To make a product purchase through this website, you need to create a user account or place an order as a guest. By choosing the first option, you will be required to provide basic personal information such as gender, address, country of residence and others, which will be kept confidential in our records. It is your responsibility to provide true and accurate details as they will be used to supply the product you have ordered. If you use the services and products offered by REMINDART available on our site and you have created a user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You further agree to assume responsibility for all activities that occur through your account. If you are under 18 years of age, you may place an order through this website only in the presence of a parent or guardian. REMINDART and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate an account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Terms of Delivery

Delivery services are provided by postal companies, national and international couriers. Products purchased on this website, after approval and confirmation, are handed over to the delivery agent to the address specified by the customer within two working days. We reserve the right, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from delivering the product within this period, to not be held responsible for this, and the order will be handed over for delivery as soon as possible. The delivery countries, prices and delivery time by the courier after delivery of the package are as follows:

 Countries in zone I (delivery: BGN 5.0): BULGARIA (1-2 working days)

 Countries in zone II (delivery: BGN 8.0): GREECE and ROMANIA (3-4 working days)

 Countries in zone III (delivery: BGN 13.0): GERMANY | AUSTRIA | HUNGARY (4-5 working days)

 Countries in zone IV (delivery: BGN 17.0): GREAT BRITAIN | ITALY | FRANCE | NETHERLANDS | BELGIUM | LUXEMBOURG | DENMARK | POLAND | CZECH REPUBLIC | CROATIA | SLOVENIA (4-6 working days)

We do not yet offer shipping to countries other than those listed above. However, if you wish to make a purchase for a country other than these, please contact us at info@remindart.com and we will do our best to determine whether delivery to your address will be possible.

Free delivery to Bulgaria for orders over BGN 80 (without delivery cost).

Return and Exchange

You have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please use the following return address to send the products back home: Tsar Simeon 58, zh.k. Trakia, Plovdiv, 4023, Bulgaria. Please note that REMINDART does not bear any costs related to the return of the order, and the cost of returning the order is paid by the customer.

If the returned product (or products) is not in good condition, ie. labels and original packaging are missing, there are visible injuries, scratches and other damage due to improper care by the customer, the refund of the order value will not be accepted by us, due to damage to the condition of the product. In accordance with the provisions of the PPA, REMINDART reimburses the customer the amount paid within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised his right to return the goods. When paying by bank card, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the client's account through which the payment was made. When paying in cash, the customer must provide a bank account (IBAN) in his name, to which the amount will be refunded.

Risk of loss

All products purchased from REMINDART are made under a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to the items is transferred from us to the customer when the products are handed over for delivery.

Payment

This website accepts payment by debit / credit cards from VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed through BORICA's payment platform or PayPal, which ensures a high level of security and data protection standards. To make a payment by bank transfer, you must create or log in to your customer account or place an order as a guest. For orders on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the customer can also choose a cash on delivery option.

In order to protect your data, this site has an active SSL certificate, which provides additional security to the customer's data when making a transaction, registering and using the site.

Discounts and discount codes

Discount codes and discount periods provide the customer with a discount off the price of a specific product or category of products offered on our website. Any price reduction will be available within a certain period and under certain conditions depending on the type of discount offered. This may include a discount on the price of a specific product category (frames, posters, etc.) and a specific duration of the discounted price period for that category.

Disputes

All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances, will be authorized by the competent court for registration of RSK EOOD in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

Abandoned transaction

We reserve the right to refuse to make a sale for any reason or to refuse service at any time in our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the refusal or cancellation or interruption of a transaction after it has begun to process it.

Regulation of imports and duties

An order that includes delivery outside of Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes which are collected when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
