This website is operated by REMINDART (“we”, “us”, “the site”, “this website”, “www.remindart.com”). REMINDART offers the services and products displayed on this website, including all information, tools and services available on this site to the client (“you”, “the user”, “the client”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. To familiarize yourself with them, please read carefully this section.

Any new features or tools which are added to this site of REMINDART shall also be subject to the T&C. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these T&C by posting updates and/or changes to the site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

Our agreement and conclusion of contract

When you place a purchase order for a product listed for sale on this website, your order represents an offer to us for the purchase of this product(s) and is or can be accepted by us. You may not make a purchase order on this website without a parent or a guardian if you are not 18 years old. The purchase order is complete when an email confirmation is sent to you that we've received your order and the order has been accepted. Once accepted, the product(s) will be packaged and shipped to the address provided in your customer account or order details. For information regarding your customer account, please see below. Please note, any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the dispatch email do not form part of that contract. All products are subject to availability and we are not held liable to you or any third parties if due to high demand or due to technical or other issues and reasons, related to the operations of this website, which we are not able to manage within reasonable time, the product availability is not correctly displayed.

In order to issue an invoice, the client is obliged to provide all the necessary information for the issuance of the invoice in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

The prices listed on the site are in EUR or BGN. In case of an order with pledged payment in EUR for Bulgaria, the amount received for an order for offering payment will be converted into BGN at the rate of BGN 1.95 for 1 EUR.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of REMINDART. As such, it is not allowed, without our written permission, to be used by any third party for commercial or other purposes.

Your customer account

In order to make an order on this website, you need to create a customer account or to order as a guest. By doing so, you will be required to provide basic personal information such as gender, country of residence and address, mobile number and e-mail address which shall be kept strictly confidential in our records. It is your responsibility to provide true and accurate details as they will be used for the delivery of your order. If you use REMINDART’s services and products, available on our site, and have created a user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. In addition, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. REMINDART and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Delivery

Delivery services are provided by external delivery companies and international couriers. Products purchased on this website, after approval and confirmation, shall be handed to the delivery agent for shipping to the provided customer’s address within two business days. We reserve our rights, in event of unforeseeable circumstances preventing us from delivering the product within this time frame, that this shall not be our liability and the order will be prepared for delivery as soon as possible. The countries, prices and courier deliver times, after the package is handed over, are the following:

• Countries in zone I (Delivery: €2.5): BULGARIA (1-2 business days) 

• Countries in zone II (Delivery: €4.0): GREECE and ROMANIA (1-4 business days) 

• Countries in zone III (Delivery: €6.5): GERMANY | AUSTRIA | HUNGARY (4-5 business days)

• Countries in zone IV (€8.5): UK | ITALY | FRANCE | THE NETHERLANDS | BELGIUM | LUXEMBOURG | DENMARK | POLAND | CZECH REPUBLIC | CROATIA | SLOVENIA (4-6 business days)

• Currently we are not providing delivery to other countries than those mentioned above. However, in case you are willing to make a purchase from a country, other than those, please contact us at info@remindart.com and we will do our best to find if a delivery to your address would be possible. Free shipping for orders within Europe above €80 (excluding the cost of shipping).

Returns & Exchange

We do not accept any returns. Exchanges can be made and the expense of the return is covered by the customer.

Risk of loss

All products purchased from REMINDART are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Payment

This website accepts payments by debit/credit cards by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed through a payments platform by BORICA or PayPal, guaranteeing high level of security and data protection standards. In order to make a payment with bank card, the customer has to create or log in to his/her account or proceed as guest. For orders within the territory of Republic of Bulgaria, cash on delivery option is available.

In order to provide additional layers of protection of the details you give us, this website is secured by a SSL certificate which secures the data when paying, registering or using the website.

Discounts & discount codes

Discount codes and periods of discounts grant the customer a price reduction on particular product(s) offered on our website. Any price reductions will be available within a specified period and under particular conditions depending on the type of the offered price reduction. This may include price reduction for a specific product category (frames or posters) and a specific length of the period of reduced prices for this category.

Privacy policy

Personal information such as first and family name, street and email address, phone number will be stored when you register or subscribe to one of our services or place an order. By registering, subscribing or using our services, you consent to the use of your personal data in line with this policy and in accordance with the rules and regulations for customer data protection.

Disputes

 All disputes between the parties are resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that consent is not reached, any unresolved disputes arising out of, or relating to, the parties to the contract, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly emerging circumstances will be settled by the competent court of registration of RSK EOOD in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation.

Refusal of transaction

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Import regulations and duty

 If you order goods for delivery outside Europe, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

In event that the order is subject to overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other imposed fees, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additionally incurred fees. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
